  • NDSD Athletic Hall of Fame: Timothy Frelich - Basketball

    Timothy Frelich, a versatile three-sport star, was the first NDSD basketball player to score over 1,000 points in four years of varsity competition when he totaled 1,800. AAAD All-American three times, and FRAT All-American two times in basketball. As a football quarterback, he had 50 percent pass completion and as a trackster, he was a stellar middle distance man.

     

    After graduating from Gallaudet College, he was a playmaker on the 1978 District of Columbia basketball team which won the national American Athletic Association of the Deaf Championship. He made the All-Tournament Team.
